Kostas Gerardos
Kostas Gerardos is a Greek dancer, choreographer, and educator with over three decades of experience in contemporary dance and performance. He has taught contemporary dance, Contact Improvisation, composition, and performance in Greece and internationally. His teaching draws on research into natural movement, anatomy, gravity, and momentum, with a focus on developing efficient, fluid, and embodied movement. He is also the creator of the Flow in Motion method.
Johan Nilsson
Johan Nilsson discovered Contact Improvisation in 2004 and has since worked internationally as a teacher and performer, regularly teaching and organising CI events. His work increasingly combines dance, somatics, and his background in gardening, Biodynamic farming, and Permaculture. Through his Ecosomatics practice, he explores the connection between our bodies, movement, and the wider living world, using somatic exercises and improvisation to cultivate presence, awareness, and interconnectedness.
